The role involves providing academic and career counseling to students, guiding them in course selection, and supporting the admissions process. It includes handling student queries, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with faculty to ensure a smooth educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one (in-person/virtual) counseling sessions to assess student needs and career goals.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses and understanding program requirements.
Convert leads into enrollments via phone calls, emails, and chats.
Explain details about admission processes, course structure, scholarships, and campus facilities.
Maintain accurate student records and monitor academic progress.
