Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Billing Executive to manage the end-to-end billing process, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and billing software.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue invoices based on client contracts and service records
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update billing records and account information
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist in financial audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Support month-end closing activities related to billing
