The BPO Chat Support Executive will provide real-time customer support through chat and email, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. The role also involves assisting digital campaigns and maintaining a positive brand image in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat and email
Communicate effectively in written form
Provide real-time customer support and assistance
