Job Description

The role involves generating leads, handling client communication, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals. It also includes upselling, customer support, and maintaining accurate sales records while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify and assess potential customers based on their needs and likelihood to purchase.

Client Communication – Interact with clients via phone, email, and virtual channels to build rapport and trust.

Sales Execution – Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Customer Support – Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

Upselling & Cross-Selling – Recommend additional products/services to existing clients based on their needs.
