Netsterz is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to manage bidding portals, handle clients, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of IT services, and a keen understanding of online freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on potential projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Prepare strong, customized proposals and pitch decks.

Maintain professional communication with international clients via email and Skype/Zoom.

Coordinate with technical team to ensure project feasibility.

Meet lead conversion and target goals consistently.

Maintain CRM entries and sales pipeline tracking.
