Softneph is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing IT company in Mohali. You will be responsible for acquiring international clients, preparing proposals, and acting as a bridge between the client and the development team. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate business from portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.
  • Make cold calls and pitch IT services to potential clients
  • Understand and gather client requirements
  • Coordinate with international clients via Skype, email, chat, or calls
  • Create Statements of Work (SoW) for clients
  • Work closely with technical teams for project scoping
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets as per plan
