Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to manage our bidding activities on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mohali, Punjab. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, knowledge of IT services, and the ability to close deals.
You’ll work closely with the technical and marketing team to scope client requirements, generate leads, and bring in high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on potential projects via Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms
Create compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements
Manage communication with clients and coordinate with the technical team
Understand project feasibility and delivery expectations
Track bidding status, manage lead funnel, and follow up regularly
Deliver proposals on time and meet monthly targets
