Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in BPO services. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, proposal handling, and closing deals for outsourcing projects. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Identify growth areas, client needs, and competitor positioning

Lead Generation: Use cold calling, email campaigns, events, and networking to build a pipeline

Client Engagement: Consult with prospects, craft custom solutions, and manage long-term relationships

Sales Cycle Management: Handle everything from outreach to contract closure

Strategic Input: Contribute to company strategy and partnership initiatives

Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at events and stay up to date on BPO and AI/RPA trends
