Cnc Service Engineer
Job Description
Sura Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a CNC Service & Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC maintenance, servo motor wiring, and electronic calibration. This role involves regular client interaction, on-site installation of MASSO controllers, and coordination with the Australian R&D team. We're looking for candidates who are self-motivated, technically strong, and ready to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Perform wiring, calibration, and servo motor installation on CNC machinery
Integrate MASSO CNC Controllers with client machines on-site
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients
Collaborate with internal R&D teams and the Australian MASSO technical team
Handle customer service queries, create service documentation, and ensure successful machine commissioning
Travel as required (~50%) for site installations and service visits
Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
