Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee content creation and distribution for blogs, newsletters, and social platforms
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs using analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user journey improvements
