Job Description
Polo Labs Pvt Ltd is hiring a Phlebotomist / Field Sample Collection Executive for its Baddi branch. The ideal candidate should be experienced in blood sample collection, have strong attention to detail, and be customer service oriented. This is a field + lab-based role requiring local travel and documentation
Key Responsibilities
Sample pickup from nearby locations
Perform venipuncture and blood collection using proper lab procedures
Verify patient details and manage proper labeling
Maintain documentation as per SOP / LQS guidelines
Participate in training and lab meetings
Promote Polo Labs in the local area (field marketing)
Maintain cleanliness and proper stock of vials, syringes, and lab materials
Interact with patients courteously and take feedback
Follow all safety and hygiene standards
Report to the department head or supervisor
