Field Service Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to handle installation and servicing of gold purity testing machines across Mohali and nearby areas. The candidate should be willing to travel, have basic knowledge of electronics, and be capable of handling hardware issues on-site. Training will be provided where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service gold purity testing machines at customer sites
- Attend complaints and resolve breakdowns promptly
- Ensure proper documentation and service reports
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for parts and support
- Maintain customer satisfaction and technical professionalism on site
