Field Service Engineer – ITI
Job Description
Aadiushmaa Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Service Engineer (ITI – HVAC) with experience in Thermax Vapour Absorption Machines. This is a field-based role involving customer visits, hands-on troubleshooting, and service support. Candidates must have a 2-wheeler, and 1–3 years of experience in VAM systems. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Vapour Absorption Machines (Thermax).
Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
Attend on-site service calls across Chandigarh and nearby regions.
Maintain accurate service logs and prepare daily visit reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and timely service.
Provide feedback on recurring service problems and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with the internal service team for spare parts and tools.
