Seeking an experienced Finance Manager with 3+ years of financial management experience in the IT or SaaS sector. The role involves managing taxation, audits, financial reporting, and compliance while collaborating with tech teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Finalization of accounts and handling statutory/internal/tax audits.
Oversee taxation: GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and returns.
Support international taxation & transfer pricing documentation.
Prepare financial reports for leadership, investors, and external stakeholders.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for tech projects.
Use tools like Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks for managing accounts.
Automate financial workflows for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, tech, legal, sales).
