Seeking a dynamic, well-presented female candidate to manage front desk operations and support the Director with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors professionally.

Handle calls, emails, and messages.

Keep the reception and office areas organized.

Provide direct administrative support to the Director (scheduling, documentation, follow-ups).

Coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments.

Maintain logs, stationery, couriers, and supplies.

Liaise between the Director and stakeholders.

Support HR/Admin teams as needed.
