Hiring an HR Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting people with opportunities and building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Provide timely feedback and candidate communication throughout the process
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Track and report recruitment metrics
