Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
Manage the onboarding and orientation of new employees
Ensure employee engagement and handle grievances professionally
Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance, leaves, and payroll
Stay updated with HR best practices and compliance standards
Develop and deliver employee training sessions
Maintain accurate employee documentation and reports
Coordinate with vendors and office suppliers
