We’re hiring a CA-qualified India Manager to lead operations, technology integration, and client success for our growing global accounting firm. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, tech adoption, and strategic client management to drive digital transformation in accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the India team; ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency in deliverables.
Drive adoption of accounting tech (Xero, Zoho, QuickBooks), automation tools (Syft, Power BI), and RPA.
Build an AI-first culture to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
Mentor and manage performance of junior staff and accountants.
Act as the main client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication.
Oversee compliance, monthly closures, and reporting accuracy for audits.
