Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Swaraj Engines Limited is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Mohali facility. This role requires a hands-on professional who can handle plant operations, enhance manufacturing processes, and maintain high production quality standards. The ideal candidate has a mechanical/production engineering background with 1–4 years of manufacturing experience and a keen eye for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production floor activities ensuring target achievement in quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for machine upkeep and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and report performance data, cycle times, and defect trends.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate new product introductions and equipment installations.
