Marketing Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Female Marketing Executive to support our sales operations. The role focuses on backend coordination, client communication, document handling, and ensuring a seamless experience for both the clients and the sales team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, organized, and confident in interacting with customers
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the field sales team to streamline client engagement.
Create and manage quotations, invoices, and client documents.
Follow up with clients regarding queries, payments, and order status.
Handle calls, emails, and physical visits as part of client support.
Assist in after-sales service, managing complaints or feedback.
Maintain updated databases and sales records.
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
Travel locally within Chandigarh/Tricity as needed.
