Plant Head - GM, Production
Job Description
Lead and manage all plant operations, including Production, QA, QC, Maintenance, and Dispatch, for tablet and capsule manufacturing. Drive process improvements to boost output while ensuring compliance and product quality. Requires 10+ years of experience and a valid Manufacturing Chemist Registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Certification: Valid Manufacturing Chemist Registration (Tablets and Capsules)
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and technical knowledge of tablet/capsule production
- Relocation: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Baddi
