Project Engineer
Job Description
A.V. Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading HVAC solutions company, is hiring for the role of Project Engineer – VRV cum Sales in Chandigarh. This role involves complete project lifecycle ownership, client coordination, VRV system execution, and driving business development. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead site execution and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue HVAC project opportunities in the market.
Manage design, planning, installation, and commissioning of VRV projects.
Source and coordinate subcontractors and project resources.
Attend client meetings and manage project documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
Prepare and present progress reports.
Execute sales strategy and explore repeat business opportunities.
Contribute to cost control, process improvements, and team productivity.
