Supply Chain Management (SCM) Assistant
Job Description
Alliance World Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Management Assistant for its Baddi plant. This role is vital in ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, and inventory management in compliance with pharmaceutical standards (GMP/ISO). Candidates with strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain inventory for production needs
- Assist in procurement of raw and packaging materials
- Maintain supplier/vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery
- Support documentation for GMP, ISO, and Schedule M compliance
- Perform logistics coordination including storage and dispatch
- Analyze stock movement and prepare data-driven reports
- Support audits and maintain records for regulatory purposes
- Participate in safety and SOP training programs
- Coordinate with departments to ensure uninterrupted material flow
