Job Description
We are seeking for a candidate for the job role of Direct Sales Executive who will be able to do B2C sales, telemarketing. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and customer support
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
- Go the extra mile to facilitate future customer support
- Keep records of calls and customer support and note useful information
- Follow the quality matrix diligently.
