Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for SAP and IT positions, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and working with different employment types.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP and IT roles across levels and domains
Source candidates via job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, networking
Screen and interview candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and craft recruitment strategies
Coordinate interviews and offers for selected candidates
Maintain accurate records in the recruitment management system (ATS)
Stay updated on market trends and technologies to improve sourcing
